Surely if you have been in a Five Below (NOT Five and Below) recently you have noticed these lego-like toys called Micro Brix.

Touted as the world’sย tiniest building blocks, Micro Brix is currently sold for $3 which is a perfect price point if you aren’t ready to make the investment.ย Now, I’ve been an occasional shopper of the Five Below up the street from my place but I don’t think I’ve ever noticed these in the store.

Both sets took us about two hours total to complete and it was a joy to put together on a Sunday before the work week. While many may call these Lego-lite, I would highly reccomend them adults who have some down time or parents who are on a budget. While Jamea teaches 3rd grade, she agrees that this would be a perfect STEM-focused gift for kids 9yrs and older.

I think we will head back and pick up some additonal ones for the long weekend. Stay Tuned!

Have you noticed these in Five Below? Are you a building blocks or Lego Fan? Would you try Micro Brix?
