I know, I know. You just finished dressing up as that “Gangnam Style” Guy and terriozed the neighborhood kids with your hilarious rendidtion of that dance. Oh, you don’t know what I’m talking about? Check out the memes! Now that we’ve got that out of the way, let’s talk about Black Friday. Now if you missed my post last year, here’s the link BUT I can explain it here for ya! Historically, Black Friday is touted as one of the most important days for retailers, besides its negative association. The story is that retailers attained low sales and profits for most of the year (January through November) and made their profit during the holiday season, beginning on the day after Thanksgiving. Financial terms then came into play hence the RED and the BLACK.  Red was a symbol of the company’s loss of profits and black was a symbol of the company’s gain of profits School over..so let’s get to the tips!

What to avoid I hear you over there..YES YOU! You’re saying…don’t go out in the madness, it’s not worth it. I get it. Trust me. This year’s Black Friday is as exciting as ever. As I am always on the never ending quest for DVD’s, gifts for mom (shh..), and cheap buys for the home, I’m sure this year will bring it like no other.
